This project was initiated by the client after a bit of apprehension as the plot was just about 650 square feet. Today it stands as a prototype for any urban dweller who would need a space for himself within the downtown areas of any metropolitan city. The client being a 3d visualizer himself witnessed the design evolve and the result was an agglomeration of spaces being realized around a strategically placed skylight. Traditional norms in terms of heights were dissolved to facilitate an easy climb and the design as such appreciates a strong visual link between various levels. The light that pours in brings in a lot of warmth and accentuates the details minimalistic in nature.
