The intended design on a huge plot of 52 Feet x 75 Feet for a family of four looked for a design that balance built and open. The initial idea celebrated the fact of minimal ground coverage, and the Design attempts at integrating the outdoor landscape into the interior with a help of a water body that flows through. The ground has a clear distinction of living and dining areas separated by the water body. The upper levels, mainly for the kids and the Master have their elaborate terraces along with two bedrooms. Details in their minimalistic form accentuate the focal area and the light through an extensive skylight brings in that warmth to the entire space.
