The existing Neem and Avocado trees were the focus of the design leading to an ‘L’ shaped plan. The plan in turn has the rooms laced along its perimeter accentuating the visual delight to these elements of green. Louvered screens brought in that necessary privacy from the neighbouring housing apartments and the design layered in various levels bridged the level difference on the north and south sides of the site. Access being brought out from either of the roads brought in a clear distinction of entertainment on the lower ground, public and parents on the upper ground and the other private areas on the upper floors. The delight of the enclosure with the trees influenced us to have a minimalistic barrier and thus glass without any layer of security was implemented.
