The site of 1500 square feet and the split-level design allowed an option where the ground had a home office along with a low-level living room. Dining has been the focal of the home to receive or depart family members. Living is an exclusive destination point either to entertain guests or hold the leisure activities of the family. The split-level approach had a low height car park with the internal arrangement plugged on either side of the stair landing. Visual connection has been a primary concern throughout, and seaters and furniture accentuate this approach. The strategically placed skylight allows ambient light with circular windows on the side walls adding interest to the highlight. The internal garden adds that softness and brings in warmth for one to relate.
