The site of 1200 square feet with a relatively narrow road has a design ideation with the façade glamourised by a wire cut brick mural and the interiors choreographed around a courtyard. The willingness of letting in ample light allowed the split-level house to have three bedrooms along with other rooms. The segregation of public and private areas was amplified in the split and all rooms are pampered by the ambiance brought in by the courtyard.
