Adept at sketching and with a keen eye for detail, Umesh Nuchin, an architectural graduate from the Department of Architecture, MCE, Hassan, has been in practice since 1996. Umesh has been part of a few architectural firms in Bangalore before setting out to form Design Front Architects in the year 1996. He works with zest on projects like individual homes, group housing, commercial, interiors, hospitality, leisure, and educational projects.
Anand Chalawadi

Seeing the world through travel and photography has been the passion that energizes Anand Chalawadi, an architectural graduate from the Department of Architecture, MCE, Hassan, who has been in practice since 1995. Anand has been a partner in Design Front Architects since January 2008. He enthusiastically works on projects like individual homes, group housing, commercial, interiors, hospitality, leisure, and educational projects.
With a zeal to mold the next generation of architects with values, both Principal Architects – Umesh and Anand are actively engaged with various architectural educational institutions through academics and related activities.
