The plot in downtown Bangalore for the condominium envisaged units in the range of 5000 to 6000 Square feet of 5 bedrooms each. The prominent golf course was the immediate context and the units facing this area were primal units. The floor plate that evolved was about 8000 Square feet and the design attempted was a duplex unit complying with the specified unit area. The interlacing of two units in two levels with a scissor stair allowed for every unit to have two faces of the same building.
