The sales office was primarily needed for a developer - one to showcase the project and another to host the activity on site. The glass box was designed as an outdoor structure to bring absolute transparency to its surroundings. Shading devices made of aluminium louvers brought in required shading to a certain extent and toilets were placed in a separate block to nullify the solid implementation within the glass box.
