Home for three, the ground has been earmarked for an Ayurvedic clinic, parking for two cars, and a gymnasium. The vertical access eased by an elevator has the public areas of the home on the first floor and the private areas on the second floor. While a courtyard adds value to the gymnasium on the ground, a terrace garden on the first adds value to the dining. Staircases and their positions in association with the skylights accentuate the detailing of the staircases. While one is a regular one connecting the first to the second floor, the other is a composite of wood and metal connecting the second floor to the terrace.
