Positioned in the centre of a 4-acre plot, the design attempts at building the visual delight that could be possible from every fenestration. Being for a joint family the approach here was to have a two-bed home with a clear segregation between the public and the private areas. The private areas thus housed on the first floor had a strong visual connection to the farm from the elevation they hold.
