Interlocking Hands and the space within, was the symbolic idea developed for the design of this condominium. The central areas thus held became the community space holding an elaborate landscape along with a welcoming leisure club. The entrances to the condominium were two, one from the main road and another on the opposite side to bring in that porosity and celebration at the podium level. These entrances were received by double-height spaces highlighted by a glass enclosure marking the guest lobby. The club with its associated functions was modelled dynamically with a huge gymnasium cantilevered above the swimming pool. Green pockets relaxed the monotony of the huge structure, and they were strategically placed as a good spill over for all those areas edged to them. The strength of the façade lies in minimal use of steel for barricading and holds a subtle language within the white framing.
