The site of 2400 square feet allowed a courtyard between two parts that categorically marked the public and the private areas of the house. The courtyard with its sunshine tied the rooms that edged it and demanded openings that added to this equation. Brick for that earthy touch enamelling the existing trees and the challenging cantilever structure housing two cars are highlights in the design. The house as such houses three bedrooms with family and home theatre facilities.
