The site relatively square and had and ideation of a ‘H’ shaped floor plan with a dialogue between two courtyards. The various rooms flanked on either side of the courtyards are linked by a noticeably light and minimalistic stair allowing strong transparency at all levels. The metal screening added to the required safety and a solar shading device too. The courtyard on the east in its entire detail allows prominent green and holding a sculpture that the family deeply respects. The green detailing at the entrance brings in the required screening from the adjacent structure and wire-cut brick has been that palette anchoring all associated materials.
