The linear plot measuring about 18000 Square feet with 50 Feet depth brought about an elongated design. In due discussions, the design that evolved had a specific private area and an entertainment zone. The entertainment areas accessed independently, comprised of the pool and billiards to become the destination point which otherwise allowed the main house to be complete by itself. The design worked out as a formula of addition and subtraction where every void was looked at as an exclusive landscape area, adding value to the set of rooms that edged the perimeter.
