The site in an urban layout with an access road on the south had the design adhere to Vaastu principles. The conception is a three-bed split levelled approach with the waterbody on the north becoming the element of focus anchoring various activities of the house. The split level and its climb are eased out by putting in activities across the landings of the connecting stair. The stair in turn is light and holds few details making it perform beyond a connector.
