The brief evolved to be an office on the ground with the home on the upper levels. Two car parks along with the office occupied the ground and the upper levels housed a three-bed unit. The need of light explored options from the roof and the voids created accordingly brought about a strong visual connect between various levels. The massing explores a language bringing in a balance between the open and the terraces all collaborated for a sensible gesture.
